1. License Grant

The software is licensed, not sold.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• .-redistribute, sublicense, rent or lease the software
• -share license keys publicly or privately
• -publish source code
• -sell modified or unmodified versions
• -
  remove copyright notices
• -
  bypass license validation mechanisms
• -
  use the software to build competing commercial products

Violation may result in license termination without refund.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.

This Agreement does not grant ownership rights.

4. Updates and Support

• .-Updates may be provided for a limited or unlimited period depending on license type
• -Support is provided via email or support system
• -Support does not include server administration or third-party module debugging

5. License Verification

The software may include:

• .-domain verification
• -license signature validation
• -activation checks

Failure to maintain a valid license may result in limited functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

The Licensor shall not be liable for:

• -loss of revenue

• -security incidents caused by misconfiguration

Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price.

7. Termination

This license is automatically terminated if the User violates any term of this Agreement.

Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the software.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union.
